 The apartment is an upstairs dwelling and comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home. It is accessed by a flight of stairs, as it is above another apartment. Please bear this in mind if you are considering booking the apartment and find steps difficult. After entering the front door, you will enter the lounge/diner which is tiled and equipped with two settees, dining table and chairs, television (some Sky channels and English radio) there is a radio cassette and coffee table.
Leading from the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen which comes with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave,
kettle, full sized hob and oven, sandwich toaster all pots, pans,
crockery and cutlery, and other accessories.
The bathroom. This is fully tiled and equipped with toilet, bidet, basin with mirror and the bath has an overhead shower.
There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other two singles. All bedding and towels are provided in the cost. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets etc. At the end of the lounge are patio doors which lead onto a balcony this has a table and chairs for you to enjoy your breakfast or coffee or take a time off from the sun and sit in the shade. There is a staircase from the balcony which leads to the solarium. This is a tiled area the full size of the apartment and is in full sun all day long. On the solarium, we have provided sun-loungers and there is also a large table and chairs as well as a large parasol should you require some shade. What could be better than enjoying fresh food from the many markets and eating out in the beautiful Spanish sunshine. The solarium has wonderful views of the mountains and across Alicante Bay.
Most evenings there is a fantastic sunset over the mountains to the west. Watch the sun go down with a glass of Spanish Rioja. Also on the solarium is a Bar-B-Q (charcoal is not provided) but can be purchased from almost any of the many supermarkets in the area.
